More Insights Into Finding Fukue

One of most amazing things about the existence of this documentary, aside from the obvious goal of finding out what happened to Fukue, is that people are getting inspired to reach out to their meaningful friends from the past.  Really, really amazing.  Still in shock over how much interest there has been about this and am very thankful for your well wishes and and loving vibes. :)

Here's another video explaining some more stuff about the film and beyond. And by the way, the song that plays in the 'Finding Fukue' credits is now mixed, almost mastered and will be released in the next week or two!  It sounds so great - amazing mix by my friend Ryan Granville-Martin (who also played drums on it).  K, enjoy:

I'm so happy you found your friend. I lost a touch to my best friend for over a 10 years, due my depression. Then one day he contacted me and I answered. It doesn't have to be more than that. Losing your friend and finding him/her again. Now we are talking every week. All the good to you and Fukue.

Jessica your beautiful story touched my heart! In my early teens while living in Tasmania, Australia I had a delightful Japanese pen pal named Mariko Yoshida, who lived in Osaka City. That was 60 years ago. Sadly life happened and we lost touch. Now you’ve inspired me to try to reconnect. Thank you so much!! Best wishes, Peter

Thank you, for making me smile and cry at theale same time. You and Fukue touched people hearts that is why. They see there own lost friendships and your success and we live through you and your friend and the love and happiness that we all seek. I could tell it was real, if someone cannot i feel sorry for them, i hope one day they can, because it would suck to see life like that. I also a muscian and songwriter and the outlet it brings is something that cannot be put in words. The opportunity at expressing one self is something i cherish and dont take for granted, success in music or not. I have great family so even if music is not a success endever thats ok. The opportunity to try is priceless.
