- I launched a wonderful creativity & community-centric Acoustic Open Mic at the end of January and it is really taken off now that it landed at its new home in mid-town Toronto at the Rose & Crown! Sponsored by Long & McQuade, it happens every other Tuesday, and pro gear (guitar/keyboard) provided! Upcoming dates: July 15, 29, Aug 12, 26.
- I couldn't be prouder to announce the release of my very skilled/talented dear friend Zoe Thiessen's new album Sneak Back In, for which i had the immense pleasure of being album producer. A really special collection of songs which transport you into the world of Zoe's imagination, it is a beaut. Click the image below to listen etc.
- In other news, apparently, yesterday was National Video Game Day, and i never shared any of the soundtrack to video game Mineko's Night Market for which i played koto and collaborated with composer Daniel Simmons on several pieces. Click image below for a sample!
- And finally, (did you really read this far? I'm impressed!) besides playing guitar with Idioteque, UK Calling and the rest of it, I am now officially a part of the Classic Albums Live family, and will be playing Fleetwood Mac's Rumours as “special guitars” starting in the end of September! 🎉
